Equine MediRecord Chief Executive Pierce Dargan at the Breeders Cup in Keeneland
Equine MediRecord was very proud to partner with the Breeders Cup and built a bespoke system for this year’s Breeders Cup World Championship which was held in Keeneland Racecourse, Kentucky. This was a great success with the system being implemented and the various information being collected and sent to Breeders Cup, Keeneland and the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission, based on what information was submitted and needed for the various partners that help ensure the Breeders Cup runs smoothly while ensuring the best protocols for equine welfare and anti doping for the horses who competed are followed.
It was a great experience for our team to be on the ground and attend this year’s event, which was behind closed doors and was not open to the public. Congratulations to all the the winning trainers and connections, that included a number of EMR customers. A big thank you to all those who worked with us at this year’s event including members from the Breeders Cup, Keeneland, Kentucky Horse Racing Commission and all the trainers and veterinarians who competed in the Breeders Cup. We look forward to seeing you next year at Del Mar when hopefully all the crowds will return.
