The Horse Racing Integrity and Safety Authority (HISA) oversees national, uniform integrity and safety rules for Thoroughbred racing in the United States.  EMR understands this legislation is a complicated issue with many stakeholders involved, each of whom has their own viewpoint.  We respect all opinions and positions.  Our mission is to provide software solutions that enhance workflow, reduce duplicate entries or records, and align data to make information flow easier and quicker.

We are working with several third-party software tools to enhance our mission as we grow into more international markets and expand our user base and offerings.  HISA is one of the organizations we would like to integrate with in the future, but there is no commitment on this yet.  Under our larger equine software brand, Business Infusions, specifically HVMS Practice Management Software, there is a current integration with HISA that has been rolled out across the US.
